These terms govern your use of Wedli (the "Service"), operated by Melt Software Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Wedli, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What Wedli is
Wedli is a wedding planning platform that helps couples manage guest lists, RSVPs, budgets, suppliers, seating plans, timelines, music, and more. We provide the tools; you make the decisions about your wedding.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You may invite others (such as a partner or coordinator) to access your workspace — you are responsible for who you grant access to
What you can do
You may use Wedli to plan your wedding, manage guests, and organise your day. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful
- Attempt to access other users' data or workspaces
- Upload malicious content, spam, or anything that could damage the Service
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
Your content
You own the data you put into Wedli. We do not claim ownership of your guest lists, budgets, plans, or any other content you create. We only access your data to provide the Service, fix issues, or comply with the law.
You are responsible for the content you add, including any information about guests. If you collect personal data from your guests through Wedli (such as dietary requirements or contact details), you should let them know how their data will be used.
Payments and billing
Some features of Wedli may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
- Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a concern
Free features
Wedli offers free features to help you get started. We reserve the right to change what is included in the free tier, but we will give reasonable notice before making changes that significantly affect your experience.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Wedli available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, update features, or make changes to the Service. We will try to give notice where possible.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features. If we make changes that significantly affect your use of a paid subscription, we will notify you in advance.
Limitation of liability
Wedli is a planning tool. We do our best to keep the Service accurate and reliable, but we are not liable for:
- Decisions you make based on information in your workspace
- Losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Issues arising from third-party services (such as Stripe or your email provider)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. On termination, your access to the Service will end and your data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
