File attachments for wedding planning: keep contracts and documents organised

Wedding planning generates a lot of paperwork. Contracts, insurance certificates, floor plans, set lists, quotes, and more. Wedli now lets you attach files directly to your vendors and timeline events, so every document lives right where you need it.

Where you can attach files

File attachments are available in two places across your Wedli workspace:

• Vendors — Store contracts, insurance certificates, quotes, and any other documents against each vendor record
• Timeline events — Attach reference files to your day-of schedule, such as set lists, running orders, or floor plans

How it works

Each vendor and timeline event has an expandable Attachments section. Click to expand it, pick a file, and it uploads instantly. You can download or delete attachments at any time.

What file types are supported

Wedli supports the file types you are most likely to need during wedding planning:

• Images: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF
• Documents: PDF, Word (.doc, .docx)
• Spreadsheets: Excel (.xls, .xlsx)
• Text files (.txt)

The maximum file size is 25 MB per upload.

Free vs Premium

On the Free plan, you get 5 file attachments across your entire wedding. Use them wherever they matter most, whether that is a key contract or a floor plan for the reception.

Premium unlocks unlimited file attachments, so you can store everything you need without worrying about limits.

What about vendor images?

Vendor profile images, the photo that appears on each vendor card, are a separate feature and do not count toward your attachment limit. Attachments are for documents and files you want to keep on hand. Vendor images are just for display.
